Previous Experience

She has experience as a Training and Facilitation coordinator – Centre for Community and Labour Studies. She is Former Project Manager of a Business Studies Unit at Durban University of Technology. Responsible for coordination training with major clients of the BSU and students. She is a Facilitator on training projects that the company undertakes.

Ms Foslara is a former Treasurer of a church Clermont Methodist church society, which is one of the most churches that complies with Corporate Governance when it comes to managing their finances. During her tenure, she was involved in many activities that involves extending a church building, fund raising and organizing fundraising events like Golf tournaments.

Ms Foslara was responsible for establishing and chairing the meetings of this organization and promoted adherence and compliance at all times.
She was instrumental in ensuring that the Early Childhood Development Centre that was managed by the church was a success.

Mr. Mbongeni William Mpurwana (Consultant/Assessor)

Mr. William Mpurwana has the following credentials:

  • BIuris  (UDW); Certificate of Proficiency and Short-Term II (IISA)

  • Experienced Trainer and Facilitator with Durban Metro Council Human Resources Unit

  • Experienced Short-term Insurance expert –   responsible for motor and non-motor claims, defective workmanship, public liability claims, debt recoveries, etc.

  • HR Manager, IR ,Recruitment Specialist, Change Management, Office Management

  • Specialist Public Transport Legislation Consultant

  • Contract Management Consultant

Ms. Sthandiwe  Pamela Mbotho (Attorney/Moderator)

Ms Mbotho has the following credentials:

  • LLB

  • Attorney

  • Specialist Transport Consultant

  • Contract Management Consultant

Other Employees

Besides the top management team, Nisawiz has also has other staff member which includes a Business Operations Manager – Ms Zethu Nkosi, a Personal Assistant, Finance and Admin Assistant, one (1) Receptionist, one (1) Driver and a Messenger. We also have a an arrangement to sub-contract (10) Facilitators with different expertise on needs basis.
